From Digital Geometry to Real Wood

Every natural log is different. That is why our manufacturing process starts with the geometry of the individual log, not a standard machining program.

We use industrial robotics to turn calculated geometry into accurately machined building components. Scanning tells us what we have. Software determines what needs to happen. The robot performs the machining.

Manufacturing also includes checking critical features, identifying components and preparing them for assembly. The objective is simple: resolve as much work as practical in production, so builders can concentrate on building rather than fitting individual logs on site.
